Our Goals

The Mill Group is a Vicksburg, Michigan based development and stewardship organization focused on five key goals.

  1. Save historic buildings. The Mill, buildings in downtown Vicksburg and select historic residential properties in the Village.
  2. Bring successful commerce to every building we own.
  3. Create a Vicksburg Destination, where our historic buildings welcome visitors and sustain the community for generations.
  4. Design and operate great businesses that meet the needs of residents and fit seamlessly within these historic spaces.
  5. Support density in the Village while protecting the farmland that surrounds it.
